Synch is growing fast and is looking for an experienced marketing and communications professional with a strong drive to lead us to the next level of our marketing and communication efforts both internally and externally. We want to challenge ourselves, our customers and, in particular, the business.
In our view, the role as Marketing and Communications Director will be highly independent with extensive freedom and room for creativity. You will be responsible for setting the strategy of our communication and marketing processes and lead a team of two communications specialists based in Stockholm and Copenhagen. You will implement the strategy and also synchronize the efforts across the Nordic market.
The role which can be placed either in Stockholm, Oslo or Copenhagen and reports directly to the CEO based in Stockholm. The expectation is to keep close contact with the local offices and initiatives and therefore regular travel to our Nordic offices will be needed. It is very important that you have a very high proficiency in English and at least one of the other Synch-languages (Swedish, Danish or Norwegian).
Today you are most probably an experienced marketing- and communications specialist or manager and you have an education suitable for the role.

Synch was established in March 2014 by four founders whom each have been active in the legal services area during more than 15 years also as partners at an established international law firm. On the 1st of May 2014 Synch moved into its current offices at Birger Jarlsgatan 6 in Stockholm, Sweden. Today Synch has offices in Copenhagen, Oslo and Silicon Valley.
