Digital Communications Specialist/Site Manager
With operations in 14 European countries, Catella is now looking for a Digital Communications Specialist to take on the responsibility as Site Manager - a key player in developing and implementing our digital strategy throughout the organisation. The job is full time and located at our head office in Stockholm.

As Site Manager you will be responsible for our web platform and be the main point of contact for all questions related to our external website. You will make sure that all internal stakeholders have the information, training and skills they need to manage their parts of the platform. You will regularly update Catella's corporate website yourself, be part of the Group Communications team and will be expected to support in other communications activities we engage in, when needed.
We will rely on you to always be up-to-date with new technologies, tools and trends to help us navigate the ever changing digital landscape and to strengthen our presence in digital channels.
Besides taking care of our web platform you will work closely with our internal departments, such as Communications, IT, Investor Relations and business areas across Europe to initiate, drive and deliver web and other communications projects. You will also act as a bridge between our IT department, suppliers and internal stakeholders throughout Catella. All in all, you will be a key player in driving our digital strategy throughout the organisation.
This is a new role at Catella and you will have the opportunity to shape it as you see fit based on the challenges and needs you identify. You will report to our Group Head of Communications, with access to everyone in the organisation and their competences to drive digital transformation throughout Catella.
We believe you have an eye for details without losing the big picture. You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills. When needed, you are not afraid of speaking your mind.
University degree, or similar, in media, communications or marketing. Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Additional languages is an advantage.
At least 3 years of comparable experience, preferably in an international environment. You are experienced in managing web projects and feel confident with different technologies and solutions.
Excellent communications and writing skills.
- Web publishing and content management systems (preferably Episerver).
- Digital content processes and social media.
- Managing digital/web projects, with a number of internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge in Google Analytics and how to interpret web analytics and KPIs.
Basic knowledge of Photoshop and image handling as well as HTML and CSS.
