Aim of the position
The Communication Manager plays an important role in HL’s external and internal communication. You will plan and create relevant content to support HL’s strategy and realise their marketing plan, own digital marketing channels, including website and social media, and lead internal communications for HL, ensuring staff across the globe are connected and well-informed about the company.

Area of responsibilities/main duties
Lead communication across external touchpoints:
Plan, develop, copy write and produce content for push and pull activities in-line with marketing strategy and plan, collaborating with Graphic Designer and Photographer/3D Artist
Interview stakeholders and research potential topics for new content
Ensure consistency of communication across touchpoints in-line with brand equity
Own HL digital marketing tools:
Publishing, maintenance, tracking and continuous improvements of HL website, including support for local adaptation of website and expanded career section
Publishing, tracking and identification of optimisation opportunities for social media channels
Ensure all digital channels are well linked and complementary to one another
Lead internal communications for HL:
Own the intranet ensuring relevant content, identifying and implementing opportunities for further optimisation and increasing usage across markets
Manage and plan constant flow of corporate communication in the form of corporate communication calendar incl. e.g. corporate news, CEO and HR newsletters
Act as the corporate copywriter supporting main “senders” of global communication for all employees regularly, for example CEO, Group HR, Group IT
Relevant experience working with marketing and brand communication across channels, especially with digital marketing including website publishing and social media
Experience in copy writing
Experience from working with internal communication
Ideally, experience from working in in-house agency and/or corporate environment
Bachelor’s degree in communication or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with copy writing experience
Ability to work independently and proactively
Dealing with internal stakeholders and shaping clear messaging
Interest in the broad scope covering both strategic planning and hands-on operational tasks
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Strong networking skills and relationship builder (cooperation outside HQ is key)
You have a strong sense of ownership and pride in the work you deliver. You are a strong team player with energy and drive and enjoy a fast-paced, international environment. Finally, you are creative with a pragmatic can-do attitude.
Language & IT
English fluent both oral and written. Swedish is a bonus.
Mandatory IT skills:
Microsoft Office 365 package
Previous experience of working with EPiServer is a plus, ability to learn is a must
