We are looking for an experienced, creative and skilled Manager Internal Communication to join our Internal Communications team. If you see yourself as a person with passion for executing effective communication strategies to strengthen employee engagement, then this could be your dream job!
About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for generating and publishing high-quality content in our various internal channels, drive internal communication activities as well as coach our leaders in communication matters.
Your main responsibilities:
Execute on the strategic planning of internal messaging, news articles and various projects in close cooperation with Head of Internal Communications.
Create and implement content for all internal communications channels, mainly in writing.
Support the objectives to increase engagement, encourage dialogue and stimulate an increased cascading of messages through leadership communication.
Drive the development of clear, compelling communication materials to inform and engage employees and leaders.
Work closely with functions as HR and Finance, to drive various projects to increase business knowledge and productivity.

Your background
Proven advanced experience in strategic communications or equivalent
Solid competence in and proven experience from working with communication in a global environment
Experienced project leader of communication activities with strong writing and proof reading skills
Fluent in English both in written and spoken
Several years of experience with internal communication
