Volontaire tar hem prestigepris – igen

Under den internationella reklamtävlingen "The Cup Awards" samlas reklameliten för att summera vilka av de vinnande kampanjerna som vanligt bäst. Volontaire tog hem priset i resekategorin för "Curators of Sweden".

Volontaire har bland annat kammat hem ett Grand Prix-lejon och två silver-lejon i Cannes, ett CLIO-guld och flera nationella priser för sin kampanj "Curators of Sweden". I förra veckan åkte byråns creative director Patrick Kampmann till Istanbul för att försvara byråns färjer under "The Cup Awards".

Han föreläste om Volontaires arbetsmetoder och blev i går vinnare i "Travel, turism and transport"-kategorin. Kampanjen var även nominerad i pr-kategorin.

– Det här är ett pris som bara de bästa konkurrerar om. Det är tuff konkurrens. Det var en exklusiv skara som tävlade, en global reklamelit. Det kändes framförallt hedrande att hålla i föreläsningen, säger Patrick Kampmann till Resumé.

Hur ska ni toppa "Curators of Sweden"?
– Vi tänker inte på det sättet. Vi ska bara fortsätta med att göra bra Volontaire-jobb.

Varför vann ni den här gången?
– Hållbarheten i kampanjen. Att den fortsätter till skillnad från en vanlig reklamkampanj.

Hur många internationella priser har det blivit?
– Ett trettiotal, men jag har inte räknat priserna. Tänker man för mycket på dem får man lätt hybris och problem med självbilden.
